She graduated from Adelphi University with her BSN, and her Nurse Practitioner of Psychiatry from Stony Brook University.  Diane has been in private practice for the last fourteen years.

Diane's Nursing career was enriched with a multitude of diversifications working as a

Mental Health Therapy Aide, in the admissions unit, at Kings Park Psychiatric Center, and as a Registered Nurse, in Hospice, ICU, MICU, Oncology, and Pediatric ICU in a level I trauma center.

The single thread throughout her life has been her  innate understanding of people and their behaviors, that is why she chose to become a Nurse Practitioner of Psychiatry.

Diane has 20+ years  of Medical and Psychiatric, experience.  She is a firm believer in the importance of  mind, body, and soul connection.  It is a team approach, that is best met with a collaboration with each of your health care providers, that you feel will be instrumental in  your recovery.    Diane looks foward to hearing from you!  We will work together on setting goals, and taking the steps to achieve them!
